1、Runs day-to-day operational procurement processes in Quzhou Foundry

2、Makes sure timely purchasing of relevant materials according to plans an d specifications

3、Actively monitor an d manage supplier deliveries （quality and schedule）

4、Responsible for maintaining, sourcing an d developing the strategic suppliers

5、Supports supplier approval policies an d procedures

6、Active contributor to the operational development for Foundry operations from the supplier point of view

7、Preparation of data an d analysis for contract negotiations and pricing discussion

8、Contract management

9、Liaise with production to specify the need for procurement activities

10、Ensure compliance with internal an d external policies, laws and regulations

11、Support the strategic lean operations in his/her role in the stores to minimize obsolete stocks

Qualification and skills：

1、Supply Chain qualification with minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience

2、Experience with SAP ERP, Pool4Tool, Microsoft office products 5S, LEAN an d Six Sigma, stores management

3、English language

4、Good analytical an d organizational capabilities

5、Good negotiation an d collaboration skills

6、Be able to travel domestic sometimes
